Polypropylene woven sacks
Woven polypropylene sacks are made inaccordance with the National Russian Standard GOST 32522-2013 “Woven polypropylene sacks” on modern Austrian equipment from virgin food-grade polypropylene.
Width : 30 to 85 cm;
Length: 35 to 125 cm;
Surface density: 50 g/m2;
Weave density: 34х34, 40х40 и 45х45 threads warp and weft on 10 cm2.
We produce sacks with polyethylene liner for sugar packaging. There is selvedge at the mouth of the sack. PE liner is sewn in to the sack’s bottom. Required by the consumer we can print an up to 6-colors logo on the sacks surface.
On demand each sack could be labelled in accordance with Technical Regulation of the Customs Union on Safety of Packaging 005/2011 (Eurasian Conformity (EAC) 005/2011) or another Regulations.
Maximum stacking capacity: 50 rows.
The sack is nonskid even in the stack due to tight weaving.
The following sacks manufactured by “Pera Plastic” relate to 5H1 or 5H2 UN certified Bulk Bag categories.
